1. Professional Standards

Capel Tree Surgeons operates strictly in accordance with British Standard BS3998:2010 (Tree Work — Recommendations). All site operations are conducted by NPTC-certified arborists.

2. Insurance & Liability

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance of £10,000,000. While we take every precaution to protect your property, tree surgery is inherently a high-risk operation. Client responsibilities include informing us of any underground services or restricted access zones.

3. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days. Quotations inclusive of TPO (Tree Preservation Order) applications are subject to local authority approval timelines, which typically range from 6-8 weeks.

4. Wildlife & Conservation

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, it is an offence to disturb nesting birds or bat roosts. Capel Tree Surgeons reserves the right to delay scheduled works if active nesting is discovered during our pre-climb inspections.
